jietonda® sa580 is a glycidyl containing solid acrylic resin designed for applying in exterior durable carboxyl functional polyester powder coatings to provide low gloss of <10%(60°) and excellent weather-resistance.

2. characteristics
　 ● sa580 can be mixed with various carboxyl functional polyester resins to formulate matte, one shot, and exterior durable polyester powder coatings with low gloss of <10%(60°).
　 ● the gloss can be adjusted by replacing part of sa580 with tgic or haa .

3. use method & levels
　 ● premix sa580 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● recommend to design formula by weight parts of 75/25 [resin to sa550] for pure polyester resin with av ca.34mg koh/g.

4. package & storage
　 ● packaging with pe lined kraft paper bags. net weight 25kg per bag.
　 ● store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. keep package closed after using. keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
