film hardening agent for powder coatings

jietonda® sa501 is a modified ptfe wax used for powder coatings to increase hardness and smoothness of film.

2. characteristics
　 ● for almost all kinds of powder coatings system.
　 ● increase hardness of film,and also provide excellent flow and smooth appearance
　 ● good dispersing ability.
　 ● increase the wettability of pigment dispersing.

3. use method & levels
　 ● premix sa501 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● the use level is 0.5-1% by weight, calculated on total formula weight.

4. package & storage
　 ● packaging with pe lined kraft paper bags. net weight 25kg per bag.
　 ● store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. keep package closed after using. keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
