degassing agent for powder coatings on porous substrates

2. characteristics
　 ● jietonda®k7661 is a high performance debubbling agent used in a broad range of powder coatings based on tgic, haa, hybrid, epoxy, pu and polyacrylate.
　 ● generally it is recommended to be used in powder coatings on porous substrates such as cast iron, cast aluminum alloys etc.
　 ● less pinholes, bubbles and craters.
　 ● improve scratch resistance .

3. use method & levels
　 ● premix k7661 with other components of the formula before extrusion..then sieve.
　 ● the use level is 0.5-1.5% by weight, calculated on total formula weight.

4. package & storage
　 ● packaging with pe lined kraft paper bags. net weight 15kg per bag.
　 ● store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. keep package closed after using. keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
