hardener for epoxy powder coatings

jietonda® sa2831 is an ultra-fine grade of accelerated dicy curing agent used in pure epoxy powder coatings.

2. characteristics
　 ● jietonda® sa2831 interacts with epoxy resins through both catalytic and addition reaction of dicy portion, so it can be used individually or in combination with other materials,and formulate a wide range of functional powder coatings with medium temp. & fast curing.

3. use method & levels
　 ● premix sa2831 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● the curing conditions of 160℃/12min & 200℃/5min are suggested.
　 ● approx. 4 -5 parts calculated on 100 parts of epoxy resins (eew 700-900) by weight.

4. package & storage
　 ● packaging with pe lined kraft paper bags. net weight 25 kg per bag.
　 ● store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. keep package closed after using. keep away from fire.
　 ● based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
