charge enhancing agent for powder coatings

jietonda® sa2485 is a polar fatty acid derivative used as charge-enhancing agent to improve powder coating transfer efficiency and minimize faraday-cage effects during application.

　 ● jietonda® sa2485 can be used in a broad range of powder coatings based on pes/tgic, pes/haa, hybrid, epoxy, pu and acrylate.
　 ● high charging performance.
　 ● improve leveling.
　 ● less pinholes and craters.
　 ● improved substrate wetting.

3. use method & levels
　 ● premix sa2485 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● the use level is 0.2-0.5% by weight calculated on total formula.

4. package & storage
　 ● packaging with pe lined kraft paper bags. net weight 25kg per bag.
　 ● store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. keep package closed after using. keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
